MDF Flower Bouquet Fundraiser for Spring Recital

Miller’s Dance Force will be doing their annual Spring Recital fundraiser selling flower bouquets to be presented to your dancer at the recital.  We have the order forms available at each studio and will be passing them out at the parent meetings.

Adorable Stuffed Animals for Spring Recital

“Stuff animal pre-sales will be held at the Saddle Rock studio on Wednesday and Thursday, May 22nd and 23rd , from 4:00 pm until 8:30 pm.  Come visit the party room and check out all the adorable animals available for your dancer.  What a nice way to remember their recital experience.  Animals will also be available for sale during the recital at Vista Peak.  Proceeds will benefit the Miller’s Scholarship Fund. Happy Dancing – Miller’s Dance Staff”

2013 Spring Recital Ticket Sales

ALL TICKETS WILL BE SOLD ONLINE. NO tickets will be available at any of our studio locations.

Ticket Price: $15.00. $10 for the special seating for Broadway Bound ONLY, and City Lights ONLY.  See restrictions below.

SPECIAL 2013 Recital Ticket Information Restrictions

The following ticket buying guidelines are an effort to make sure we have enough seating for everyone.  We will be limiting tickets to 6 per family and will release any leftover tickets on May 20th.  The auditorium is a little smaller than we are used to for our recitals.  Thank you for your cooperation.

ICD (Intermediate Childrens Dance) If your child is ONLY in ICD combo classes and you want to watch the storyline “Broadway Bound” (which is where your child will be dancing) you may purchase tickets in a designated area of the auditorium at a discounted price of $10.  You will need to leave at intermission as those seats will be resold to others at intermission.  There is a separate button for these special seats on our ticket page that says “Broadway Bound Only”.  It will load the ticket page with the seats for this section only,  in red.

THIRD SECTION ONLY CLASSES If your child is in hip hop, acro, lyrical, poms, contemporary, or Irish ONLY and you want to just watch the part of the show, “City Lights”  that they are dancing in, you may purchase tickets in a designated area of the auditorium at a discounted price of $10.  You will need to come to be admitted at intermission ONLY as those seats will be occupied until then.  There is a separate button for these special seats on our ticket page that says “City Lights ONLY”.  It will load the ticket page with the seats for this section only, in red.

SPECIAL LEAD PARTS If you have a special role and your regular ballet, jazz, and tap dances are in multiple shows, please ONLY buy tickets for the show that your special part is in, combined with your other dances.

2013 Spring Dance Classes added for Hampden & Parker Locations

We are accepting registration for our 2013 Spring Dance Classes at the Hampden and Parker locations. These are 6 week Saturday classes starting April 13th and running through May 18th. They are a great way for your children to get an opportunity to experience dance. Drop-ins welcome.

It’s that time of year again! We are accepting registration for our 2013 Spring Dance Classes. These are 9 week classes being held at the Saddle Rock studio.
They are a great way for your children to get an opportunity to experience dance.

Saddle Rock Spring Dance Classes

New Poms Class at the Saddle Rock Location

New Poms classes open to all girls interested in trying out for poms this spring. This is a great class to learn the basics and get in shape for tryouts.

Classes will go through to May
$55 with a $15 registration fee.

Mommy & Me/Munchkins Session’s

An introduction to dance for our very youngest dancers. Ages 18mos. - 3 year olds are invited to attend a 6 or 7 weeks session of “Mommy & Me” and “Miller’s Munchkins”. These classes are structured to stimulate coordination skills, listening skills, balance, music interpretation, creative movement and motor development in the youngest dancers. This program is an excellent introduction to the world of dance. No registration fee required for these classes only. See Special Offerings Tab on the schedule page of each location for days and times.

Ballroom Dancing

If you are preparing for a wedding, anniversary, a trip or just want to learn Ballroom, we have the classes for you. Darline Miller teaches all ages from beginners to advance in a group or privately.  There are no contracts and you can schedule lessons around your time frame.  Please call 303-353-2789 to get started on an enjoyable experience.

Tyne Stecklein in BURLESQUE!

Get ready for the movie “Burlesque” in which former Miller’s Dance student, Tyne Stecklein, not only is a principal dancer but also plays the role of Jesse!  The movie opened on November 24th and is rated PG13.  Also, keep your eyes open for promos on the AMA awards and DWTS on which Tyne will be performing in select numbers from the movie!

Since Burlesque, Tyne has been busy dancing and acting on DWTS, Glee, CSI, Comedy Central, commercials for Wii and Pepsi, music videos, and filming another movie called “No Strings Attached” starring Ashton Kutcher!  Her next projects are a Burlesque performance in London and a Michael Jackson Tribute in Japan, all before Christmas!
