Broadway Babies
The first section of our recital this year will be “Broadway Babies”. This will be a short show featuring our little ones. At the end of this show, these classes will be released and the auditorium will be cleared. We hope the students will purchase tickets for the second show, which will be the complete story of “Broadway Bound”. We feel that it is very important for the younger dancers to see the older students perform.
Broadway Bound
Hop on the subway with a group of friends that are heading for the Big Apple!
The second show features our advanced dancers in their special character roles. This will include all classes ICD and above. If your child is only in the last section, “City Lights”, and you do not wish to see the entire show, please see the breakdown times.
City Lights
“City Lights” begins right after intermission. This part of the show contains the Father/Daughter Dance, Hip Hops, Lyricals, Poms, Irish and a variety of other numbers not in “Broadway Bound”.
Parent Meetings
The meetings will be during the beginning of your child’s class. We will discuss all recital information. If your child is in separate ballet, tap, & jazz classes, come to the first part of the ballet class in which your child is learning their ballet dance for info on all costumes. It is very important that you attend or have another parent in the class take notes if you are not able to attend. All questions regarding the rehearsal, show times, dates, costumes, and class pictures will be covered.
Recital Pictures
Recital pictures will be taken at the studio location your child’s classes are held. The Main Character Pictures for Shows 1&2 will be held in Parker, Show 3 at Saddle Rock and Shows 4&5 at Hampden.
Prices will vary from $10.00 to $40.00 depending on what package you choose. There are many options to select from. Please be here, dressed in costume, 10 minutes early. Please have your child attend, even if you do not wish to purchase pictures. Make checks for the exact amount, payable to Persona Studio Photographic and bring your order form and payment when pictures are taken. Rental items will be at the studio for your pictures. Time involved will be approximately 30 minutes. Specifics for each dance will be discussed at the parent meeting.

ALL TICKETS WILL BE SOLD ONLINE. NO tickets will be available at any of our studio locations.

SPECIAL 2013 Recital Ticket Information Restrictions
The following ticket buying guidelines are an effort to make sure we have enough seating for everyone. We will be limiting tickets to 6 per family and will release any leftover tickets on May 20th. The auditorium is a little smaller than we are used to for our recitals. Thank you for your cooperation.
ICD (Intermediate Childrens Dance) If your child is ONLY in ICD combo classes and you want to watch the storyline “Broadway Bound” (which is where your child will be dancing) you may purchase tickets in a designated area of the auditorium at a discounted price of $10. You will need to leave at intermission as those seats will be resold to others at intermission. There is a separate button for these special seats on our ticket page that says “Broadway Bound Only”. It will load the ticket page with the seats for this section only, in red.
THIRD SECTION ONLY CLASSES If your child is in hip hop, acro, lyrical, poms, contemporary, or Irish ONLY and you want to just watch the part of the show, “City Lights” that they are dancing in, you may purchase tickets in a designated area of the auditorium at a discounted price of $10. You will need to come to be admitted at intermission ONLY as those seats will be occupied until then. There is a separate button for these special seats on our ticket page that says “City Lights ONLY”. It will load the ticket page with the seats for this section only, in red.
SPECIAL LEAD PARTS If you have a special role and your regular ballet, jazz, and tap dances are in multiple shows, please ONLY buy tickets for the show that your special part is in, combined with your other dances.
