Kim Cleary (KC)
Kimberly Cleary started dancing when she was 2 years old, growing up at her mom’s dance studio, Colorado Dance Academy. Kim participated in yearly recitals and played the role of Belle in "Beauty and the Beast," Marty in "Grease," and Nala in "The Lion King." Kimberly was a member of the Elite Feet Performing Company and performed at various venues across Colorado. At the age of 12, Kimberly began assisting and substituting classes. In high school, Kimberly was on the Grandview Varsity Pom Squad and was part of the State Champion Team in 2001. Kimberly traveled to Disney World every year for the UDA National’s Competition. In 2002 her squad placed 9th out of 87 teams! Kimberly graduated from Grandview in 2003 and danced on the CU Buff Gold Dance Team for one year. The following three years Kimberly attended CSU Fort Collins and danced for The Colorado Eagles, a semi-professional hockey team. As an "Eagle's Chick," Kimberly danced throughout the arena during games, was involved in promotions and giveaways, attended corporate events, and was highly involved in the community. Kimberly graduated from CSU in 2007 and was accepted into Regis Graduate School and has completed her Masters in Elementary Education. Currently, Kimberly is a third grade teacher at Sixth Avenue Elementary School and looks forward to her first year teaching at Miller’s Dance Studio.
