Course Description:
Pilates is an exercise and physical rehabilitation technique created as a series of controlled movements requiring focus and concentration to develop flexibility, balance and strength without bulk. The Pilates method emphasizes "centering," or the abdominal and torso area, balance and breathing to create good posture and protect against injury.
